Job Description:Requisition Name: Software Engineer (Expert 7+ Years)Location: Helsingborg, Sweden/Hybrid 3 days onsite a weekContract Duration: 6+ MonthsRequirements:Desired knowledge, experience, competence, skills etcRequired (Demand):- Proven experience with AI/ML technologies and their practical application in development platforms- Experience designing and implementing technical architectures for developer tooling or platform products- Understanding of UX principles, particularly for developer-facing tools and platforms- Experience with system integrations and API design- Ability to work in early-stage product development with ambiguity and evolving requirements- Strategic mindsetDesired:- Experience working with similar developer platforms or internal developer portals- Familiarity with DevOps practices and deployment automation- Knowledge of modern cloud platforms and infrastructure- Agile/iterative development experience- Soft Skills:- Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments- Strong communication skills to work effectively with product owners and fellow developers- Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback- Self-driven with ability to navigate ambiguity in early-stage product development- Passion for developer experience and tooling
