About the role...We are currently seeking an Solutions Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will work in a multinational environment on a multitude of tasks supporting our business in implementing and developing solutions for large EU and international institutions and private sector companies in Greece and abroad. What you will do...Define and maintain target microservices architecture and integration patterns.Lead architecture design for application modernization and migration initiatives.Design and govern API, data, and event-driven architectures.Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, resilience, security, and privacy.Lead architecture across multi-cloud and hybrid environments.Drive the transition from monolithic systems to loosely coupled services.Establish and maintain architecture roadmaps, standards, and technical guidelines.Ensure effective use of API gateways, messaging platforms, and integration technologies.Ensure data ownership and Master Data Management principles are aligned with the overall architecture.Review and challenge technical solutions to ensure alignment with enterprise standards. Technical Skills required...BSc's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or another relevant field.10+ years of proven working experience as an Application Architect, Integration Architect, Solution Architect, or similar role.Strong experience in Solution Architecture and Microservices Architecture.Proven experience with system integration, application modernization, and migration.Hands-on experience with Alibaba Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and AWS, including hybrid environments.Deep knowledge of API design, RESTful services, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems.Experience with API Gateways and messaging systems.Strong understanding of IAM, SSO, RBAC, and security integration.Knowledge of data architecture and Master Data Management.Strong understanding of architecture governance and non-functional requirements.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal Behavioral Attributes...Self Development: Shows eagerness to grow and achieve more in respective area of expertise;Adaptability / Flexibility: Shows ability to cope with fast changing technologies and requirements;Solution focused mindset: Focus on work quality results with attention to detail and delivery of tasks within agreed deadlines;Focus on Customer either internal or external;Creativity & Initiative: Proposes ideas and solutions to existing ways of working, takes initiatives, identifies risks and works proactively;Teamwork: Collaborates effectively & efficiently with various diverse and geographically distributed work teams;Accountability: Shows strong sense of responsibility and ownership of the activities assigned.
