Transformation Project Manager (GxP)

Regulatory Transformation Project Manager to support large-scale pharmaceutical/life-sciences transformation programmes across regulatory technology, data migration, validation, and release readiness. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide independent programme, delivery and dependency assessments.Assess regulatory technology implementation and transformation approaches.Support data migration, validation, integration and legacy-system transformation.Produce RAID, risk, change-impact and release-readiness assessments.Identify dependencies, risks, blockers and mitigation actions.Prepare executive-level governance and decision-support materials.Support cutover, go-live, hypercare and transition activities. Key Skills & ExperienceExperience in pharmaceutical/life-sciences transformation programmes.Strong regulatory technology and Veeva Vault RIM experience.Experience with data migration, legacy transformation and GxP validation.Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Jira and Smartsheet.Strong stakeholder management across Business, IT and technology partners.Experience producing RAID, planning, readiness and executive-level deliverables.Strong analytical, commercial and problem-solving skills.
