Agile Coach
We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to support an organization-wide SAFe transformation and help technical and business teams adopt, scale, and continuously improve Agile ways of working. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting a SAFe transformation in a role such as Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer (RTE), or SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC). Key Responsibilities:Coach technical and business teams, leaders, Product Managers, and Product Owners on Agile principles, values, and practices.Support the adoption and continuous improvement of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices.Facilitate collaboration and improve communication across teams and stakeholders.Establish and support communities of practice to share knowledge and promote consistency.Identify organizational and team-level impediments, analyze root causes, and guide teams toward sustainable solutions.Promote transparency, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.Support organizational change by helping teams and leaders adopt new Agile mindsets, behaviors, and ways of working.Provide coaching and guidance to improve flow, delivery effectiveness, and business value. Required Qualifications:Proven experience as an Agile Coach, RTE, SPC, or similar Agile transformation role.Hands-on experience participating in or supporting a SAFe transformation.Strong knowledge of SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.Experience coaching teams, leaders, Product Managers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.Strong facilitation, communication, conflict-resolution, and organizational change skills.Demonstrated ability to identify impediments and drive continuous improvement.Ability to work effectively across technical and business organizations. Preferred Qualifications:SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification.Release Train Engineer (RTE) experience or certification.Experience leading enterprise Agile transformations.Experience establishing and facilitating Agile communities of practice.
