AI & Technology Adoption Manager

AI & Technology Adoption Manager We are looking for a AI & Technology Adoption Manager to drive the adoption of AI, emerging technologies and continuous digital learning across the organisation.This role will lead company-wide technology awareness initiatives while helping the Information Systems (IS) organisation build the skills and capabilities needed to support future business and technology priorities. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver an enterprise-wide AI and technology awareness programme.Organise webinars, workshops, technology showcases, expert sessions and learning events.Create and distribute educational materials, newsletters, learning guides and best-practice resources.Drive awareness and adoption of AI, Microsoft Copilot, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, automation and analytics.Conduct skills-gap and training-needs assessments across the IS organisation.Develop annual learning and capability roadmaps aligned to strategic priorities.Coordinate internal learning opportunities, external training programmes and professional certifications.Manage relationships with technology vendors, learning providers and industry experts.Maximise existing vendor partnerships to deliver high-value learning opportunities cost-effectively. Essential Skills & ExperienceExperience developing and delivering technology awareness, adoption or learning programmes.Strong knowledge of AI and emerging technologies, with an ability to communicate complex topics clearly to different audiences.Experience organising webinars, workshops, training sessions and learning events.Experience conducting skills-gap or training-needs analyses.Ability to develop learning roadmaps aligned with business and technology priorities.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience working with technology vendors, training providers or external partners.Strong organisational and programme management skills. Preferred Skills & ExperienceExperience supporting adoption of Microsoft Copilot or other AI technologies.Knowledge of cloud, cybersecurity, automation and data/analytics technologies.Experience within an Information Systems, IT or technology function.Experience managing professional certification programmes.Knowledge of digital adoption or organisational change methodologies.Experience using learning management systems (LMS) or digital learning platforms.Relevant qualifications in learning and development, technology, change management or programme management.
