Position: PMO Contract and Commercial ManagementLocation: Vasteras, Sweden (hybrid)Duration: 6+ months contract Role Description:Coordination between individual projects and project managersFinancials: coordination of budget preparation and financial reporting: accruals, actuals, forecastingSourcing: review and sign-off of service and license contractsReporting: coordination of regular project status reporting, RAID log update, SteCo preparation, organizing meetings and presenting to senior stakeholdersDecision board: preparation of cross-project decisionsProgram governance: organization of Quality Gate reviews and follow up on agreed actionsCutover: alignment of individual project cutover plans and support executionAdherence of project materials and deliverables to standards and project data qualityAdministration: administer Program web portal, Teams, Sharepoint and distribution lists, keep Program contact list up to date, etc. PMO is responsible for end-to-end program coordination, progress & quality control, sourcing, risk management, stakeholder management and communications. It aims to ensure stable program delivery, timely reporting as well as compliance with governance model and standards.
