Analog Memory Designers

Memory Design Leader - I'm currently supporting one of my customers on their search for a Memory Design Leader (Analog Focus) who has experience on analog/mixed signal memory circuit design, and background in emerging non-volatile memory or high-speed cache such as one of the following: MRAM, ReRAM (Resistive RAM), FeRAM (Ferroelectric RAM), or advanced SRAM. You must be based in the EU or UK with the right to work. We're looking to build a team including a Memory Design Leader, and two Memory Designers. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the architecture, simulation, and transistor-level design of custom analog/mixed-signal circuits for novel 3D memory arrays.Drive design execution across novel memory technologies (MRAM, ReRAM, FeRAM, and high-density SRAM).Define memory cell array interfaces, sense amplifiers, write drivers, and power/timing optimization strategies.(Lead Role) Serve as technical pillar for the engineering division, establishing design methodologies and mentoring 1–2 incoming analog memory designers as the team doubles in size.Collaborate closely with foundry partners, foundries/R&D institutes (e.g., imec/Leti ecosystems), and packaging teams through tape-out and silicon validation.
