Important: All consultants must live within the European Union. Project: AI Agents from Planning to Deployment We are building an end-to-end agent chain across two platforms: Atlassian Rovo handles agile planning: capturing requirements, unlocking knowledge from Confluence/Jira, producing clean user stories with acceptance criteria, and preparing them for automated downstream processing. GitLab Duo takes over once the story is ready: an agent receives the Jira story, derives a technical specification from it, creates the branch and code scaffold, writes initial tests, and opens a merge request for review. Outcome: Working end-to-end prototype, defined handover point Jira ? GitLab, scaling concept. Mission: Build agents that automate the path from idea to development-ready story. Tasks: Connect Confluence, Jira, and any other required knowledge sources Build Rovo agents in App Studio so they always operate in the right context and are tailored to the company Build Rovo agent templates in Agent Studio so that project/product teams can easily add their own context without prior expertise Define a story format that can be processed automatically and implement the handover to GitLab Duo No prototypes – focus on scalability

Skills: In-depth experience with Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud: workflows, fields, automation, permissions Hands-on experience with Atlassian Rovo (Chat, Search, Agents) Experience with the Jira REST API, webhooks, Forge or Connect Prompt and context engineering for LLM agents Confident German and English
