Role Summary Senior hands-on lead responsible for the overall project delivery, technical architecture, governance, and stakeholder management of the Renovate platform rollout. Key Responsibilities: Define the target architecture for a large-scale Renovate deploymentEstablish central configuration standards, update policies, and governance modelsDrive project planning, prioritization, and rollout wavesCoordinate platform operations, security teams, development teams, and managementEnsure compliance, credential management, and security requirementsReview technical implementations and coach engineering teamsValidate concepts through prototypes and architectural proof-of-concepts Required Skills: Extensive experience managing large-scale technical transformation projects Strong GitLab expertise (CI/CD, API, permissions model) Hands-on experience with Renovate Knowledge of software supply chain security and vulnerability management Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skillsAbility to combine architecture ownership with hands-on technical work
