AWS Solution Architect

For one of our clients based in Europe, we are currently looking for an AWS Solution Architect. Details: Location: RemoteStart Date: ASAPDuration: 12 MonthsEmployment Type: Full-Time Responsibilities: Define high-level architecture, author comprehensive technical design documentation (Solution Outlines, architecture diagrams, Confluence pages), and govern AWS microservice integration patterns.Drive technical execution within an Agile delivery framework using Jira and Confluence to manage workflows, remove technical blockers, and align AWS solutions with strategic business goals.Partner closely with business stakeholders, software engineering teams, clients, and external vendors to translate complex requirements into actionable AWS architectural blueprints.Optimize AWS systems, services, and API integrations for high availability, low latency, and long-term business scalability.Embed enterprise-grade cybersecurity protocols, threat modeling, and compliance standards into all AWS architecture designs.
Skills: Deep hands-on experience designing AWS-based cloud infrastructures, serverless components, and cloud-native application ecosystems.Strong mastery of microservice architecture, RESTful/GraphQL API design, and event-driven architecture using message brokers (e.g., Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS EventBridge).Solid proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes orchestration, CI/CD pipeline automation, and continuous delivery deployment models.Deep knowledge of AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM), data encryption, network security, and security best practices for enterprise solutions.Hands-on experience creating solution architecture artifacts using standard diagramming tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Draw.io, Enterprise Architect) alongside Jira and Confluence.Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, secure, and resilient enterprise applications on AWS from inception to production deployment.
