Business Analyst – SAP & Production IT We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to drive process improvement and establish clear ways of working across Production IT, OAS, and SAP-related processes. Location: Södertälje, SwedenOnsite: 3–5 days per weekDuration: 6 months + extensions Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse and improve end-to-end business and IT processes.Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.Translate business needs into clear process and system requirements.Develop process maps, workflows, roles, and responsibilities.Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders across Production, Business, IT, and SAP.Support digitalisation, automation, and data-driven process improvements. Key RequirementsProven Business Analyst experience in large, complex organisations.Strong experience with SAP and SAP-enabled business processes.Strong process analysis, process mapping, and workflow design skills.Experience facilitating workshops and managing multiple stakeholders.Ability to bridge business and IT requirements.Excellent English communication and documentation skills. Nice to HaveProduction, manufacturing, or Industrial IT experience.Knowledge of OAS processes and governance.AI-driven process improvement/workflow automation experience.Lean, Agile, or continuous improvement experience.
