Control-M Specialist

We are seeking an experienced French-speaking Control-M Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, configuration, administration, and ongoing optimization of Control-M in a distributed/Linux environment. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience implementing and supporting BMC Control-M, particularly on Linux/Unix distributed platforms, and will be comfortable working directly with technical teams and business stakeholders in a French-speaking environment.This role will be responsible for Control-M implementations, migrations, integrations, scheduling solutions, troubleshooting, and operational support across enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities:Implement and configure BMC Control-M environments on Linux/Unix distributed platforms.Install and configure Control-M/Server, Control-M/Agent, and related distributed components.Design and implement enterprise job scheduling solutions using Control-M.Develop and configure jobs, folders, calendars, dependencies, resources, variables, and scheduling rules.Configure and troubleshoot Control-M Agents on Linux and other distributed platforms.Integrate Control-M with enterprise applications, databases, file-transfer solutions, APIs, and other systems.Support Control-M migrations, upgrades, version changes, and environment consolidations.Analyze existing scheduling environments and recommend improvements to job design and scheduling processes.Troubleshoot failed jobs, agent connectivity issues, scheduling problems, dependencies, and infrastructure-related issues.Work with Linux administrators, application teams, infrastructure teams, and other technical stakeholders to resolve incidents and implement solutions.Develop and maintain Control-M standards, procedures, documentation, and implementation guides.Participate in production deployments, testing, release management, and technical validation.Monitor Control-M environments and proactively identify potential operational issues.Support disaster recovery and high-availability requirements for Control-M environments.Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to internal teams.Communicate effectively with French-speaking stakeholders, including participating in meetings, workshops, and technical discussions in French.
