ServiceNow Solution Architect

We are currently looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our clients team in Europe on a remote basis. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and governing the ServiceNow platform architecture, with a strong focus on CMDB, CSDM, ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM. You will work closely with enterprise architects, business analysts, and development teams to establish scalable architecture, data models, standards, and best practices for the ServiceNow platform. Your Responsibilities:Define, develop, and govern the overall ServiceNow platform architecture.Design the target CMDB structure, taking the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) into consideration.Create and maintain architectural documentation and artifacts.Define data models, Configuration Item (CI) classes, and master data concepts.Evaluate solution approaches and provide architectural recommendations across ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM.Conduct fit-gap analyses and assess the alignment between standard ServiceNow capabilities and business requirements.Define architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices for ServiceNow implementations.Collaborate closely with enterprise architects, business analysts, solution teams, and development/build teams.Provide architectural guidance and support for key decisions regarding the ServiceNow platform.Ensure alignment with platform governance principles and out-of-the-box (OOB) compliance. Your must-have Qualifications:7+ years of extensive experience in technical solution architecture based on ServiceNow.Proven experience with the initial implementation and setup of CMDB structures, including CSDM.Strong experience implementing and establishing ITSM processes in an enterprise environment, particularly:Incident ManagementChange ManagementRequest ManagementHands-on experience establishing ITAM and/or ITOM capabilities based on ServiceNow.Experience developing data models and master data concepts as part of new platform implementations or migration projects.Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, platform capabilities, and enterprise implementation practices.
