Customer Service Specialist

Are you fluent in Czech or Slovak and ready for an international career in Greece?We are looking for Czech and Slovak speakers to join an international Customer Service team within the travel industry. You will support customers and accommodation partners with bookings, reservations and other travel-related questions while developing valuable experience in a multicultural environment. The position can be performed remotely from anywhere in Greece or on-site, with both options available from day one. What will you do?Support customers and accommodation partners via phone, chat and emailAssist with reservations, room modifications, rates and availabilityHelp accommodation partners with online and extranet toolsResearch customer queries and provide accurate and timely solutionsHandle general account and booking-related questionsDeliver a high level of customer service and create a positive experienceContinuously develop your knowledge of the travel industry and services What are we looking for?Czech or Slovak at C1 levelEnglish at B2 level or higherHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong communication and problem-solving skillsCustomer-focused and supportive mindsetComfortable working with computers and digital toolsAbility to work independently and within an international teamAlready based in Greece or willing to relocate For remote work, you will need reliable high-speed internet and a suitable home working environment.
