Details:Location: RemoteLanguage Requirement: German, min. C1 Project BackgroundThe DevOps practices within the organization currently show different maturity levels. Manual processes, missing central KPIs and inconsistent standards impair development efficiency as well as the stability of cloud operations.To achieve the strategic efficiency goals, the DevOps Maturity Model (DMM) platform is being further developed functionally and technically. The DMM serves as a central instrument to repeatedly assess the maturity level of product teams, identify optimization potential (e.g. AI efficiency) and create a data basis for targeted resource and seniority management. Requirements:Data Analysis & Visualization: Very good knowledge of PowerBI for designing and creating complex dashboards and reports.Data Engineering: Sound experience with Databricks for data processing, transformation and provisioning.Architecture & Design: Proven experience in creating software and data architectures, defining data flows and technical system design.AI Fundamentals: Basic understanding of AI.Platform Automation: Basic know-how in using PowerAutomate and Microsoft Forms (or willingness to learn)Consulting Competence: Ability to present complex technical issues in an understandable way to management and stakeholders and to act as a consultant.Interface & Governance Competence: Experience in cross-departmental coordination with the goal of harmonizing, standardizing and unifying data sources.
