Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant (Remote – Europe Region)Location: 100% Remote (Must be based in Germany or EU/UK with valid work authorization)Employment Type: Full-timeLanguages Required: German (C1/C2 or Native) & English (B2+) Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our global finance transformation team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. You will act as the key liaison between business stakeholders in the DACH region and technical teams, driving optimization and supporting our ongoing transition to SAP S/4HANA. Key Responsibilities: Solution Architecture & Configuration: Design, configure, and maintain core SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank) and CO modules (CCA, PCA, IO, CO-PA, PC).Business Analysis: Gather business requirements from German-speaking stakeholders and translate them into functional design specifications.S/4HANA Transformation: Support migration activities, Central Finance integrations, and Universal Journal setup.Integration & Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate FICO with MM, SD, and PP modules.Support & Training: Deliver 2nd/3rd level support, troubleshoot complex system issues, and conduct training sessions for end-users. Qualifications & Experience: Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and implementation.Language Skills: Fluent German (C1/C2) is mandatory for stakeholder communication; professional working English required.S/4HANA Knowledge: Proven experience with S/4HANA Financials (Finance 1909+ preferred).Integration Skills: Strong understanding of FICO integration points with SD, MM, and PP.Remote Track Record: Proven ability to work independently in an agile, distributed team environment.
