THE ROLEThis is a commercially driven role responsible for building, scaling, and profitably managing the company's online revenue across direct-to-consumer and marketplace channels in the GCC, with a primary focus on Saudi Arabia. The role owns the full P&L for e-commerce and DTC, and sits at the intersection of brand, media, and commercial execution — translating marketing investment into digital revenue and consumer relationships that compound over time. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESE-commerce & DTC P&L OwnershipManage the end-to-end P&L for e-commerce and DTC channels across the GCC, setting revenue, margin, and investment targets and delivering against them. Define and execute the channel strategy that maximises profitable growth across DTC and marketplace. Drive revenue forecasting, budget management, and performance reporting for all digital commerce channels. DTC Strategy & ExecutionOwn the DTC platform as a commercial and brand asset, setting the strategy for acquisition, conversion, retention, and subscription growth. Develop and execute the consumer lifecycle strategy from first purchase through to loyalty and subscription, ensuring DTC delivers growing lifetime value. Lead the connection between DTC performance and media investment, ensuring paid and organic media channels are optimised to drive profitable DTC growth at scale. Build and manage DTC operations including fulfilment, customer experience, and returns in partnership with Supply Chain and Operations. Marketplace PerformanceOwn the marketplace strategy across Saudi Arabia and the GCC, including listing optimisation, advertising, account health, and seller operations. Manage relationships with account teams, agencies, and marketplace partners. Identify and activate new marketplace opportunities aligned with growth priorities. Ensure marketplace presence is consistent with brand standards and commercial targets. Media & Digital Commerce IntegrationDefine the media-to-commerce strategy, understanding how brand, performance, influencer, and social media investment drives traffic, conversion, and retention across DTC and marketplace channels. Work closely with media and creative agency partners to ensure digital campaigns are built to convert, with clear attribution and ROI measurement. Own the performance marketing stack including paid search, paid social, affiliate, and SEO/SEM, ensuring every channel is held to a clear return standard. Digital Commerce Capability BuildingDefine and implement the tools, data infrastructure, and reporting dashboards needed to manage a high-performing e-commerce operation. Stay ahead of emerging digital commerce trends in the GCC, including social commerce, quick commerce, and new platform opportunities. Build the playbooks, processes, and team capability needed to scale the digital commerce function as the business grows. REQUIREMENTS8–10 years of experience in e-commerce and DTC, with a strong track record of delivering profitable revenue growth. Deep expertise in DTC strategy and operations including platform management, lifecycle marketing, and subscription models. Proven understanding of the relationship between DTC performance and media investment, with hands-on experience running and optimising performance marketing channels. Significant hands-on experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central. Industry background in vitamins, minerals and supplements (VMS), nutraceuticals, sports nutrition, or closely adjacent consumer health or wellness categories. P&L ownership experience in a digital or e-commerce context. Willingness and ability to travel regularly to Saudi Arabia with occasional travel to the UAE. Based in the Netherlands, Spain, or Germany.
