E&I Site Manager

Location: Porvoo, FinlandContract Type: Freelance / ContractContract Length: 12 MonthsWorking Pattern: Fully Site-BasedRate: Dependent on Experience The RoleLead and manage all Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) activities across a major industrial project.Coordinate electrical and instrumentation installation works, ensuring activities are completed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.Oversee subcontractors, supervisors, and site teams throughout the construction phase.Ensure full compliance with project specifications, HSE requirements, and industry regulations.Conduct site inspections, progress reviews, and quality audits.Review technical drawings, method statements, and installation documentation.Coordinate closely with construction, commissioning, and client teams to ensure successful project delivery. Requirements5+ years' experience in an E&I Site Manager, E&I Supervisor, or Electrical Site Manager position.Proven experience delivering E&I packages on industrial, energy, pharmaceutical, process, or infrastructure projects.Strong understanding of electrical systems, instrumentation, cable installation, testing, and commissioning activities.Experience managing subcontractors and multi-disciplinary site teams.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Previous experience working on projects in Finland or the Nordics is advantageous.Fluent English is required.
