HSE Manager - Data Centre Project (Sweden) - 10 Month Contract Location: SwedenDuration: 10 MonthsStart: ASAPRotation: To be discussedAccommodation & Travel: Available subject to project requirements G2 are currently looking for an experienced HSE Manager to join a major data centre construction project in Sweden. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a large-scale hyperscale development with a leading international contractor. Responsibilities Lead all Health, Safety & Environmental activities across the project.Ensure compliance with Swedish regulations, client standards, and company procedures.Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.Manage incident investigations and implement corrective actions.Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and workforce engagement initiatives.Monitor subcontractor compliance and safety performance.Produce HSE reports, statistics, and project documentation.Support project management in developing a strong safety culture across site. Requirements Proven experience as an HSE Manager on large-scale construction projects.Previous Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, Energy, or Mission Critical project experience preferred.NEBOSH Diploma, NVQ Level 6, or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.Strong knowledge of construction HSE legislation and best practices.Experience managing multinational workforces and subcontractors.Excellent communication and leadership skills.EU Passport or right to work within the EU preferred.
