Electrical Package Manager

Silverback is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Electrical Package Manager to join a major data centre project in Skellefteå, Sweden. This is a site-based position responsible for managing the delivery of electrical works, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage the delivery of the electrical package from installation through to commissioning and handover.Coordinate electrical subcontractors, suppliers, and the wider project team.Review and manage method statements, risk assessments, technical submittals, and RFIs.Monitor programme progress and support planning, reporting, and scope changes.Ensure quality inspections, testing, commissioning, and project documentation are completed to the required standards.Maintain accurate as-built records and O&M documentation. Requirements Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.Minimum 5 years' experience in an Electrical Package Manager or similar role.Proven experience delivering electrical packages on data centre or other mission-critical construction projects.Strong understanding of electrical building services installations and construction processes.Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project.
