To support our continued growth across the Nordic region, we are now looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our Nordic finance function. About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the daily operations of our finance department and support business development. This role involves managing core financial functions such as accounts payable/receivable, tax, audit and financial reporting, while partnering closely with senior management to support business performance and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to lead, develop and inspire our finance team. Key Responsibilities1. Financial Strategy & LeadershipDevelop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with the business plan; Advise the senior management on financial risks, and long-term planning; Provide financial modelling and scenario analysisLead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning cyclesClose support to senior management, as well as all subsidiaries. 2. Financial Reporting (Statutory & Management)Oversee and prepare financials, provide supports for the preparation of group financials under US GAAP and NL GAAP”.Present financial performance to senior management 3. Tax Compliance & PlanningEnsure all Nordic tax compliance, including but not limited to Corporation tax, VAT, PAYE, Withholding tax etc.Manage relationship with HMRCOversee tax planning and manage tax riskProvide tax advice for business plan 4. Financial Controls & Risk ManagementOversee Daily AR and AR managementInsurance management.Maintain internal controls, financial governance, segregation of dutiesEnsure compliance with audit requirementsImplement risk management framework (credit, liquidity, FX, operational)Ensure company assets are safeguarded 5. Audit & External Stakeholder ManagementLead external audit processManage relationships with auditors, banks, insurance brokers, and advisorsPrepare financial reports 6. Cashflow & Treasury ManagementMonitor cash position, working capital, liquidity, execute the plan and the requirement from the group and upper management.Oversee banking arrangements and credit facilitiesReview or manage payments and receivables.Foreign exchange management 7. Budgeting & Cost ControlDevelop the annual budgetTrack actuals vs budgetDrive cost-reduction initiativesEnsure departments meet financial targets Desired Skills and Experience :Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field10+ years of progressive experience in accounting, including team leadership. Working experiences in accounting firms or similar industry are preferred.Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, auditing practices and tax regulations for the Nordic marketProficiency in accounting software (SAP preferred)Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, formulas, data analysis)Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.ACCA/CPA or equivalent certification preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational abilitiesEffective communication and leadership skillsExcellent communication skills in Swedish and English, Excellent oral and written communication, strong interpersonal abilities, and a high level of ethics and integrity，Chinese will be a Plus.High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism
