HRIS Architect (SAP SuccessFactors) - Freelance - 12 months + - Europe - Remote Summary The HR Technology Architect will define and govern the future-state architecture across a complex HR technology landscape, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable, integrated and sustainable technology solutions. The role will sit across business and technology, working with Product Owners, Enterprise Architecture, Data, Integration and vendors to shape the application landscape, integrations, data architecture and transformation roadmap, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors and associated HR platforms. Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the current-state and target-state HR technology architecture.- Design the overall HR application landscape and supporting architecture models.- Lead architecture across SAP SuccessFactors and connected HR platforms.- Design integrations, APIs and data flows between HR and enterprise systems.- Define systems of record, data ownership and HR data governance principles.- Translate business requirements into scalable solution and technology architectures.- Develop technology roadmaps aligned to the wider HR transformation programme.- Establish and maintain architecture standards, documentation and key design decisions.- Support vendor selection, RFPs, major releases and technology change initiatives.- Identify opportunities to simplify the technology landscape, improve integration and reduce technical debt.

Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in HR Technology, Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Systems Integration or senior technical product roles.- Hands-on architecture and/or integration experience with SAP SuccessFactors.- Strong knowledge of HR technology platforms supporting and talent processes.- Experience with skills intelligence, talent intelligence or comparable HRIT platforms- Experience designing complex, end-to-end platform ecosystems and integrations.- Strong understanding of APIs, data architecture and integration architecture.- Experience governing HR technology landscapes in large organisations.- Ability to define target-state architectures and transformation roadmaps.- Experience across HR, Talent, Learning and Employee Experience domains.- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.- Ability to translate business requirements into technical and architectural solutions.- Experience creating architecture documentation, integration views and data-flow visualisations.- Excellent English communication skills.
