SAP HCM Payroll Consultant – UK & Ireland - Freelance - 6 Months + - Remote We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to support a major international SAP transformation programme. The consultant will focus specifically on UK & Ireland Payroll, providing strong functional expertise across payroll configuration, statutory requirements, testing and implementation/support activities. Key requirements: Strong hands-on SAP HCM or ECP Payroll Consultant experienceDeep knowledge of UK Payroll (Irish PY - Nice to have)Payroll configuration and troubleshootingKnowledge of Rules, Schemas, Wagetypes, Infotypes etcExperience supporting payroll testing, data validation and cutoverAbility to work directly with HR/payroll stakeholdersExperience within large international SAP environmentsStrong English communication skills
