🚀 Hiring: IAM Solution Architect📍 Location: Stockholm, Sweden - HYBRID💼 Experience: 10+ Years🔹 Expertise: Identity & Access Management | Solution ArchitectureRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced IAM Solution Architect to design, develop and drive IAM architecture, governance and strategic direction within a large enterprise environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and maintain IAM capabilities across IGA, Authentication, Authorization, PAM, Secrets Management and Non-Human IdentitiesDevelop IAM architecture, access patterns, roadmaps and governance modelsDefine target architecture and strategic direction for IAMProvide technical solution architecture guidance to teams and stakeholdersCollaborate with architects, engineers and IT specialistsPresent architecture and decision-making documents to Architecture ForumsFacilitate and coordinate the Customer IAM ForumMust Have10+ years of experience in IAM / Identity & Access ManagementExpert-level experience in IAM architecture, design and implementationStrong knowledge of architectural frameworksExperience with IGA, IAM governance, provisioning and lifecycle managementGood to HaveExperience in banking, insurance or other regulated industriesStrong knowledge of OAuth/OIDC, SAML, SCIM, Federation, PKI, Kerberos and LDAPExcellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
