Lead Business Architect

Job Summary GERMAN LANGUAGE MANDATORY We are looking for an experienced Pega Lead Business Architect to lead business analysis, solution design, and Pega implementation initiatives. The role will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and Pega technical teams, translating business requirements into scalable Pega solutions and driving end-to-end delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead business architecture and requirements gathering for Pega-based applications and workflows.Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, SMEs, and technical teams to understand business objectives and processes.Translate business requirements into Pega application capabilities, workflows, and functional designs.Conduct workshops, interviews, process mapping, and requirement discovery sessions.Define current-state and future-state business processes and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.Create and maintain business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.Collaborate with Pega System Architects and Lead System Architects to ensure business requirements are technically feasible.Provide guidance on Pega case management, workflow, decisioning, business rules, SLAs, integrations, and UI capabilities from a business perspective.Ensure Pega solutions align with enterprise architecture, business strategy, and governance standards.Prioritize requirements and maintain product/project backlogs in collaboration with Product Owners.Support solution demonstrations, UAT, defect triage, and business validation.Review delivered functionality against business requirements and acceptance criteria.Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.Mentor Business Analysts and junior Business Architects.Act as the primary business-facing point of contact throughout the Pega implementation lifecycle.Support change management, user adoption, and stakeholder communication.
