We are seeking an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to design, develop, and implement scalable business process management (BPM) and customer engagement solutions using the Pega Platform. The ideal candidate will lead technical architecture, provide guidance to development teams, and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and industry best practices.Lead the architecture, design, and development of Pega applications and enterprise solutions.Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Pega developers and architects.Define application frameworks, integration strategies, and reusable components.Hands-on experience with case management, workflows, integrations, decisioning, and UI development.Strong understanding of Pega guardrails, performance tuning, and application security.Experience with REST/SOAP services, microservices, and system integrations.Location : Anywhere In Europe (Full remote)
