iGaming Web & Product Designer

Exacta Solutions is supporting an international online gaming business seeking a Digital Product Designer to contribute to the development of several casino brands and digital products.The position combines product design, visual identity and design-system ownership. It would suit someone who understands how players interact with online casino or betting products and can translate commercial and user requirements into attractive, intuitive and technically practical digital experiences.This is a hands-on role involving both the creation of new concepts and the improvement of existing products. The designer will work closely with Product, Marketing and Development throughout the delivery process.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign complete digital experiences for online casino and gaming products.Improve player journeys across registration, game discovery, promotions, conversion and retention.Develop visual concepts and digital identities for new and existing brands.Create and maintain reusable components, UI libraries and scalable design systems.Produce responsive, mobile-first designs for different devices, markets and languages.Define component behaviour, interactions, states and design variations.Collaborate directly with front-end developers during implementation.Review completed work and ensure that the final product reflects the approved designs. Required ExperienceSenior-level web or digital product design experience.A strong portfolio containing relevant products that have reached production.Direct experience designing online casino, sportsbook, betting or other iGaming products.Strong understanding of gaming audiences, player behaviour and commercial objectives.Advanced proficiency in Figma.Experience launching or developing more than one online casino brand.Exposure to shared, themeable or multi-brand design systems.UI animation and interaction-design capability.Practical use of AI tools within the design workflow.
