Performance BI Analyst – iGaming

We are looking for a BI Analyst with solid hands-on experience who wants to take ownership of analytics within a fast-growing crypto iGaming environment.This role requires strong autonomy in SQL and Google Analytics 4, as well as prior experience in online gambling/iGaming.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making across Casino, Sportsbook, CRM, Acquisition, VIP, AML & Fraud, and Support.Lead website and product performance analysis via Google Analytics 4 (acquisition, attribution, funnels, retention).Build and optimise complex SQL queries to analyse user activity, transactions, funnels, retention, and monetisation.Own performance reporting and deep-dive analyses across acquisition, conversion, engagement, and LTV.Define, track, and improve core KPIs across departments.Develop and maintain dashboards delivering clear, actionable insights.Design and maintain event-tracking, conversion, and parameter structures.Act as the internal reference point for GA4 best practices.RequirementsMandatory: Experience in online gambling/iGaming (experience with crypto casinos is a huge advantage).Strong SQL skills (complex joins, aggregations, large datasets).Advanced working knowledge of Google Analytics 4.Solid understanding of event-based tracking, attribution models, funnels, conversion analysis, and data QA.Fluent English.Quantitative educational background (Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field).Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
