Senior iOS Developer | Mobile Engineering & Technical Leadership Location: Malmö, Sweden (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite)Start: 3 November 2026Commitment: Full-time contractLanguage: English (Swedish advantageous) Build better software. Shape better engineering practices.We're looking for an experienced Senior iOS Developer to join an exciting technology initiative within the energy sector. This isn't simply another development role.You'll have the opportunity to take technical ownership of an established mobile application, influence architectural decisions, improve delivery practices and help a talented engineering team take its next step forward. The challenge? Modernising an existing application while keeping it running, delivering new functionality and making the development process faster, safer and more sustainable. What you'll be doingTaking technical ownership of an established iOS application.Developing and improving functionality using Swift and SwiftUI.Modernising legacy components through pragmatic, incremental improvements.Strengthening CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and release processes.Working towards a continuously releasable main branch.Improving application architecture, performance and maintainability.Mentoring developers through pairing, constructive code reviews and knowledge sharing.Collaborating with engineers and stakeholders to make considered technical decisions. What we're looking forExtensive professional iOS development experience, including senior-level responsibility.Strong hands-on experience with Swift, SwiftUI and modern Swift concurrency.Experience with UIKit, application architecture and Swift Package Manager.Strong knowledge of XCTest, Xcode, TestFlight and App Store release processes.Experience implementing or improving mobile CI/CD pipelines.A track record of debugging, refactoring and improving established applications.Experience with trunk-based development, feature flags or frequent integration.Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to technical leadership. Bonus points for experience with Fastlane, modularisation, mobile observability, IoT, connected devices or energy technology.
