M365 Technical Advisor - Stockholm

M365 Technical Advisor Opportunity – Stockholm I am looking for an M365 Technical Advisor to join a Swedish IT advisory firm in Stockholm. As Microsoft specialists, you'd be working alongside some of the strongest M365 professionals, offering bespoke solutions to clients across various industries who are in need of technical direction and support. This is a hands-on advisory and architecture role, so we’re looking for someone who has designed and implemented Azure and M365 solutions, rather than simply managed them. Key Responsibilities: Assess client environments and identify opportunities for improvement.Design Azure and M365 architectures, roadmaps, and solutions.Advise across M365, Azure, identity, security, and Modern Workplace.Design and implement technologies including Intune, Conditional Access, PIM, Defender, EOP, and MCAS.Provide technical recommendations and decision support to IT leadership.Support architecture reviews, procurements, supplier discussions, and technical workshops.Contribute to internal methods, AI initiatives, and ways of working. Requirements: Strong experience designing and implementing Azure and Microsoft 365 solutions.Experience with Azure architecture, governance, landing zones, and tenant/subscription design.Strong knowledge of M365 security and Modern Workplace technologies.Good understanding of AD DS, Windows Server, virtualization, and networking.Strong customer-facing and communication skills.Fluent Swedish and English.
