Product Manager (IoT / Enterprise Software) About the RoleJoin as the founding Product Manager for a new enterprise software product, leading it from concept to market launch. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, leadership, sales, and marketing to define strategy, validate market demand, deliver an MVP, and drive commercial success. Key ResponsibilitiesValidate product-market fit through customer research and competitive analysis.Define product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy.Lead product development from concept to launch, prioritising scope and features.Align technical and commercial teams to deliver and grow the product.Monitor industry, compliance, and market trends to identify opportunities.Develop pricing, packaging, and sales enablement strategies.Define success metrics, gather customer feedback, and continuously improve the product. Requirements5+ years of product management experience, including launching a B2B software product.Strong understanding of IoT, embedded systems, or device management.Experience working across engineering, sales, and marketing functions.Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and decision-making skills.Excellent communication skills in English. DesirableKnowledge of cybersecurity, compliance, or software supply chain concepts.Experience with embedded Linux, IoT protocols, or cloud IoT platforms.Familiarity with open-source business models.Experience building products within a multi-product platform environment.
