In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and executing data migration activities, ensuring high-quality data loads and smooth transitions into SAP S/4HANA environments. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to analyze data structures, manage dependencies, and deliver successful end-to-end migration cycles. Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze, prepare, cleanse, and migrate data to SAP S/4HANA.Configure and manage SAP standard migration tools, including Data Migration Cockpit (DMC), Legacy Transfer Migration Cockpit (LTMC), and Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW).Design and execute data load strategies, validation routines, and reconciliation activities.Understand and manage complex data models, relationships, and dependencies across multiple business processes.Support migration testing, defect resolution, and cutover activities.Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure accurate and efficient data migration delivery.Develop and adjust migration objects, mappings, and loading tools as required. Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience delivering SAP data migration projects, preferably within SAP S/4HANA environments.Strong hands-on experience with SAP migration tools such as: SAP Data Migration Cockpit (DMC), LTMC, LSMWSolid technical understanding of SAP migration frameworks and loading mechanisms.Experience configuring and adapting migration tools to business requirements.Good knowledge of: ABAP, IDocs, BAPIsStrong understanding of ETL processes, data transformation, and data quality principles.Experience working with complex data structures, flows, and dependencies.Ability to troubleshoot migration issues and drive resolutions independently. Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation or implementation programs.Understanding of SAP master data and transactional data migration best practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication in English (spoken and written) and stakeholder management abilities.
