Type of employment: ContractStart Date: ideally September 2026End Date: estimated: December 31st 2026Number of positions: 1Ways of working: remote from within the EULocation: FinlandTravel: might be needed occasionally for workshops or critical phases such as go-liveWorkload Allocation: 100%Languages: English fluent communication (spoken and written), nice to have Finnish or German Role overview: We are seeking an experienced xSuite / xFlow (prior version of xSuite) Consultant with strong functional & technical expertise in implementation of xFlow and xSuite in conjunction with SAP Accounts Payables (Purchase order invoices & Finance invoices). The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of xFlow and xSuite application, along with proven experience in implementation of xSuite on cloud (BTP) and xFlow-to-xSuite conversion initiatives. This role requires the ability to work effectively with European clients in a global delivery model. Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using xFlow and xSuite platformsLead and support xSuite cloud migration projects, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruptionExecute xFlow to xSuite conversion activities, including assessment, redesign, and implementationCollaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies in a global delivery modelEngage with European clients to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure high client satisfactionTroubleshoot and resolve integration and migration-related issuesEnsure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and best practices Key RequirementsStrong knowledge of xFlow and xSuite applicationsProven experience in xSuite cloud implementation / migration projectsHands-on experience in xFlow to xSuite conversion and cloud migration initiativesGood understanding of integration between SAP Accounts Payables and xSuiteExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in distributed teams As part of the recruitment process, the client will conduct background checks on candidates who progress to later stages.
