In this role, you will drive functional configurations, schema and rule optimizations, and technical enhancements for complex enterprise time evaluation environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead functional configuration and enhancements within SAP HCM Time Management (PT).Customize Time Evaluation schemas, personnel calculation rules (PCRs), and time data interfaces.Troubleshoot complex time evaluation issues and ensure seamless integration with SAP Payroll.Advise client stakeholders on standard SAP HCM PT best practices and time evaluation processes. Qualifications & Requirements: Module Expertise: Deep functional and technical knowledge of SAP HCM PT (On-Premises Time Management).Schemas & Rules: Hands-on experience developing and troubleshooting Time Schemas and Rules.Languages: Professional fluency in German (mandatory).
