Role Overview: We have an immediate requirement for an expert Technical SAP Payroll Consultant (PY-DE) to lead German payroll configuration, schema optimization, and statutory alignment.You will serve as the technical lead for German payroll calculation rules, ensuring full compliance with tax (Lohnsteuer), social security (DEÜV), and digital reporting requirements across SAP ERP HCM or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP). Core Focus & Technical Responsibilities: Schema & PCR Configuration: Configure, maintain, and optimize payroll calculation schemas (DR00, DE00) and Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs) handling custom wage types and valuation logic.Statutory Compliance: Implement legal change packages (RSP), tax authority reporting, DEÜV-Meldeverfahren, and digital contribution statements (sv.net / EBPP).Time & Payroll Integration: Configure evaluation schemas (TM00/TM04), retroactive accounting runs, and wage type mapping tables (T512W, V_T512W_B).System Debugging: Perform deep technical ABAP debugging, log analysis (PC_PAYRESULT), and net/gross calculation troubleshooting. Qualifications & Requirements: SAP Payroll Depth: 5+ years of hands-on technical configuration in SAP ERP HCM Payroll (PY-DE) or SuccessFactors ECP.German Regulatory Expertise: Expert knowledge of German payroll legislation, Lohnsteuer, Sozialversicherung, company pensions (bAV), and garnishments (Pfändungen).Technical Proficiency: Strong command of ABAP for HCM (functions, user exits, BAdIs).Languages: Professional fluency in both German and English.
