SAP Sales Data Migration Lead

We are looking for an experienced SAP Sales Data Migration Lead for the Swedish rollout of a global SAP S/4HANA program. You will lead the preparation, mapping, and validation of Sales data and ensure that the new solution can support the business's Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.The role combines structured leadership with hands-on work in SAP SD and business data. About the ProjectThe program involves replacing SAP ECC with SAP S/4HANA through a greenfield implementation, including migration of data from the existing SAP system.The Swedish operation is one of the first major rollouts of a global template. The work is therefore carried out in close collaboration with the global template team and the implementation partner's rollout team. The focus of this role is the SAP part of the process, from quotation and order through invoicing, and the relationship between the data and the new process solution. Your RoleYou will be responsible for the local migration activities within Sales and coordinate data stewards, business representatives, and IT.You will also contribute directly to data analysis, mapping, and validation.The implementation partner's rollout team will perform the technical migration, while you will ensure that local source data, specifications, and controls are complete, accurate, and ready on time. Key ResponsibilitiesDefine migration scope, objects, ownership, activities, and timelines for Sales data.Assess data readiness for migration and align local activities with the program's common model and data governance.Lead local data preparation, including extraction, cleansing, mapping, and enrichment activities.Develop, quality-assure, and validate field mappings and transformation rules together with business stakeholders and solution specialists.Coordinate migration trials and technical migration runs with the rollout team.Follow up on data completeness, data quality, and deviations.Ensure validation before and after data loading.Manage dependencies related to process design, integrations, and testing.Document decisions and report status, risks, and required corrective actions.If the assignment is extended, the work may also include cutover, go-live, and hypercare.Candidate ProfileYou have experience with Sales data migration and understand how SAP SD objects and their relationships affect business processes.You are able to both drive a structured migration plan and work hands-on when detailed mapping or data-quality issues need to be resolved.You can establish clear ownership and coordinate work between data owners, SAP specialists, and technical migration resources. Mandatory RequirementsExperience with SAP data migration within SAP SD / Sales.Practical experience with data cleansing, mapping, enrichment, and validation.Good understanding of Sales data, including customers, quotations, orders, and pricing information, as well as the relationships between these objects.Experience with global template-based rollouts.Ability to lead and follow up on local data activities involving multiple stakeholders.Very good English, both spoken and written. Preferred RequirementsExperience with Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash processes in SAP S/4HANA.Experience migrating from SAP ECC to S/4HANA as part of a greenfield implementation.Experience with migration trials, cutover, and hypercare in large ERP programs.Experience from industrial spare parts, aftermarket, or energy technology environments.Swedish, both spoken and written.
