Test Lead - SAP S/4HANA Service

We are looking for an experienced Test Lead to build and lead the testing work within the Service area of a Swedish rollout of a global SAP S/4HANA program. About the ProjectThe implementation covers seven end-to-end Service processes, including:Project ServiceField ServiceLong-term ContractsToolsRepairTrainingOther related Service processes The target solution uses S/4HANA Service Management with Service with Advanced Execution. The transition involves changes to both business processes and data objects. You will lead the testing activities within Service and collaborate with the overall Test Manager, process specialists, business representatives, and other capability teams. Key ResponsibilitiesBuild the test organization, planning, and working methods for Service in line with the overall program test structure.Help business stakeholders understand what needs to be tested, at what level of detail, and with what responsibilities.Identify critical business scenarios together with process managers and translate them into test cases and test coverage.Ensure traceability between business requirements, processes, scenarios, and test results.Plan and coordinate integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with operations, IT, and key users.Drive defect management, including prioritization, follow-up, and escalation.Report testing quality status, risks, and issues.Coordinate dependencies related to data migration, process design, and training.Communicate identified gaps to project and template teams.Develop the testing capability and establish structured testing methods from an early stage. RequirementsWe are looking for someone who combines strong test management experience with an understanding of SAP and business processes. Must HaveExtensive experience in test management within larger system implementations or transformation programs.Experience with SAP and understanding of how business processes, data, and integrations impact testing.Understanding of SAP S/4HANA and template-based implementations.Ability to translate business requirements into test scenarios and create structure within a cross-functional team.Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and communicating status, dependencies, and quality risks.Very good English, both spoken and written. Nice to HaveKnowledge of SAP Service processes, particularly:Service OrdersService AgreementsMaintenanceRepairExperience with integration testing and UAT in larger SAP applications.Experience with defect management and requirements traceability.Experience preparing organizations for business acceptance.Experience developing key users and collaborating with process managers and training teams.Swedish, both spoken and written.
