Senior Product Engineer

You'll jump into an incredibly small & talented engineering team where product & commercial outcomes are central to the engineering, with a tonne of complex technical challenges and building on a scaling platform, expanding across Europe, new markets, millions of users and beyond! You will:✅ Have the autonomy and ownership to build and own your features and systems end to end, from architectural decisions to launchBuild scalable, high-reliability systemsLeverage AI daily and explore new areas where AI can be applied into production for real user valueDevelop and maintain robust and scalable web applicationsDesigning backend APIs in TypeScript / Node.js , exposed via GraphQLBuilding modern and efficient interfaces in Next.js / ReactDeveloping Python services for integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI or others)Contribute to architectural choices and ensure code quality Tech stack: ✅ Backend : TypeScript, Node.jsFrontend : React, Next.jsAPI : GraphQLDatabases: MongoDB, PostgreSQLAI : Python, APIs LLM (OpenAI etc)Practices: automated testing, CI/CD, code reviews What We're Looking For✅ We're looking for a strong Senior Software Engineer who combines technical depth and product sense. You are able to take onwership and drive your own tasks, operate in a pragmatic nature with startup pace, and be keen to be part of an incredibly humble but high agency, charistmatic and collaborative team! You should have:✅ Significant experience building and shipping production softwareA track record of owning complex features or initiatives from idea to launchStrong architectural and systems-thinking skillsExperience working closely with product/business stakeholdersA genuine interest in the why, not just the technical implementationThe ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and make pragmatic trade-offsHigh ownership and autonomy — you're comfortable figuring things out rather than waiting for detailed requirementsCuriosity around AI and emerging technology, with good judgement around when and where to apply itA desire to build things that have measurable customer and business impact This is a permanent role, hybrid out of a beautiful central Stokholm HQ.
