AI Adoption Consultant

We are looking for an AI Technology Adoption & Training Specialist with 3+ years of experience in technology adoption, change management, training, or digital transformation. The role focuses on driving the adoption of AI and digital productivity tools within an international corporate environment. The successful candidate will deliver training, facilitate workshops, identify business use cases, support users through change, and coordinate adoption initiatives with international teams. Key requirements:Polish SpeakingStrong experience in training, facilitation, change management, or technology adoption.Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder engagement, and public-speaking skills.Experience working with international and multidisciplinary teams.User-focused, proactive, empathetic, and able to support people through technology-driven change. Technical knowledge valued:Microsoft 365 Copilot and Generative AI.Microsoft Copilot Studio, including AI agents or virtual assistants.Microsoft Power Platform and automation.Microsoft Modern Work or AI certifications.Experience in digital transformation and AI adoption programs. Main responsibilities:Deliver AI and digital productivity training.Run workshops to identify and define AI use cases.Support employees in adopting AI-enabled ways of working.Lead user communities, engagement sessions, and group workshops.Track participation, activities, and adoption progress.Coordinate with international teams to ensure consistent adoption.
