Title: .NET Developer (C#, WinForms/WPF, Oracle)Location: Espoo or Tampere, Finland (100% On-site)Contract Duration: 01 Oct 2026 – 31 Dec 2026 (Freelance B2B, extension potential)Workload: 100% (37.5 hrs/week) Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer for a 3-month freelance B2B engagement in Espoo or Tampere. In this role, you will focus on maintaining and modernizing client/server desktop applications and backend web services across .NET Framework, .NET Core, and Oracle database environments. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and develop client/server applications using C#, Windows Forms, WPF, and WCF services.Implement and update web services, REST/SOAP APIs, and ASP.NET Web API integrations hosted on IIS.Optimize data access logic and manage queries within Oracle Database environments.Maintain CI/CD practices and source control in Azure DevOps and Team Foundation Server. Qualifications & Requirements:Core Requirements: Core Stack: Hands-on senior experience in C#, .NET Framework 4.x, and .NET Core 6.x.Windows Tech: Strong proficiency with Windows Forms (WinForms), WPF, WCF Services, SOAP, and IIS.Database: Solid working experience with Oracle Database systems.Presence: Ability to work 100% on-site at client premises in Espoo or Tampere.Languages: Fluent working proficiency in both Finnish and English is mandatory. Desirable Skills: Experience with PL/SQL, OAuth2/OpenID Connect, Docker, Kubernetes, SignalR, or Entity Framework Core.
