About the roleAs part of our Tech team, you'll combine creativity, collaboration and ambition with a close connection to the business. You'll work closely with developers, product owners and our commercial teams, turning feedback and feature requests into solutions that make the platform better for our clients and partners. Clear communication is at the heart of the role. As Product Design Engineer, you will own the user experience of our platform for brands and partners, on the web and in our mobile apps. You'll map complete user flows, analyse how users actually behave, and turn it all into well-structured designs in Figma, ready for development and AI implementation. Over time, you'll also take ownership of our design system. Our developers work with AI agents that turn well-defined tickets into production code, reviewed and merged by the team. What's missing is an equally smooth path for design. A key part of your role is to build that path: structuring our Figma files, components and design tokens so that AI agents can implement design accurately, and setting up the process that takes a design from Figma to production efficiently. Reporting to: Tech Lead / CTO What you'll doDesign interactions and interfaces in Figma, from early sketches to production-ready designsStructure and evolve our design system and component library in Figma, keeping it consistent and easy to build fromBuild and own the process for taking design from Figma to production with AI agentsAnalyse user behaviour in Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps, session recordings) and turn findings into concrete improvementsMap complete user flows and information architecture across our web platform and mobile appsHandle feedback and feature requests from our sales and customer success teams and translate them into well-designed solutionsWork closely with developers and product owners, from framing the problem to reviewing what's shipped What you bringSeveral years of experience as a UX, product or interaction designer, or as a design-focused engineer, working on digital productsExpert Figma skills, including well-structured files, components, variants and design tokensExperience using behavioural data (e.g. Clarity, Hotjar) to find UX problems and turn insights into design decisionsExperience designing for mobile apps as well as the webExcellent communication skills: you explain your design decisions clearly and enjoy working closely with developers, product owners and commercial teamsHands-on experience using AI tools to take design into code, e.g. Claude Code, Figma MCP or similarFluency in Swedish and English Your profile will be extra interesting if you have:Experience with React and how design systems are implemented in code, e.g. StorybookExperience designing data-heavy B2B interfaces with tables, filtering and visualisationExperience from affiliate marketing, partner marketing or e-commerce We hire based on experience, knowledge and personality, but also potential.
