Project Coordinator – Technical Rollout Project
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join a large-scale technical replacement project covering approximately 200 geographically dispersed locations over a six-month period.As a Project Coordinator, you will play a central role in the project, ensuring that the right resources, materials, information, and documentation are available at the right location and at the right time.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with multiple activities running in parallel and who is highly skilled at creating structure, coordinating stakeholders, driving activities forward, and identifying potential issues at an early stage. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.Schedule meetings and coordinate inventory activities together with each location.Plan staffing, materials, and logistics according to the overall project timeline.Ensure that accurate, complete, and high-quality data is collected from all locations.Consolidate collected data and prepare purchasing/order documentation for suppliers.Maintain project schedules, checklists, and ongoing status reports.Monitor project activities and ensure that deadlines and milestones are met.Identify, manage, and escalate deviations or risks that may impact the project timeline.Follow up with stakeholders and ensure that outstanding activities are completed on time.Facilitate clear communication between local teams, project stakeholders, and suppliers. Required QualificationsPrevious experience in project coordination, preferably within technical rollout, replacement, or implementation projects.Experience working with projects involving multiple geographically dispersed locations.Experience with logistics, inventory management, and purchasing/order processes.Good working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft 365.Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
