WORKING ENVIRONMENT & PROJECTSAs Project Director, you will lead large, multidisciplinary project teams covering civil, structural, architectural and interfacing MEP works. Projects are typically high-value, programme-critical builds where early planning, logistics and sequencing are fundamental to success. The culture is direct, accountable and collaborative. Senior leaders are trusted to run their projects with real autonomy, backed by a business that invests in systems, safety and people. The role is location flexible, with travel to project sites across Europe as required. This gives you control over where you live while staying at the forefront of some of the most significant construction activity on the continent.
RESPONSIBILITIESHold overall accountability for the safe, timely and profitable delivery of major construction projects across EuropeLead CSA delivery strategy, including enabling works, substructure, frame and envelope, and their interface with MEP packagesDirect and develop project teams, including Project Managers, construction, engineering and commercial leadsAct as the senior point of contact for clients, design teams and key stakeholdersOversee programme, cost, risk and quality performance, taking decisive action to protect project outcomesProvide contractual leadership under NEC, FIDIC or bespoke forms, working closely with the commercial functionChampion a strong health and safety culture across every site under your leadershipContribute to business development, bid strategy and the growth of the European delivery platform
WHAT YOU NEEDA proven track record at Project Director or Senior Project Manager level on large-scale construction projectsStrong CSA background, with experience leading civil, structural and architectural packages on complex buildsExperience on data centre, mission-critical or other technically complex projects is beneficial but not essentialDemonstrated ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams and manage senior client relationshipsSound contractual and commercial understanding, ideally including NEC or FIDICA degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, Construction Management or a related disciplineWillingness to travel to project locations across Europe
