Make an impact.We’re looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash (OTC) Lead for an exciting freelance/contract opportunity in Finland.This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior SAP professional to join a major transformation programme and take ownership of the design, implementation and rollout of SAP S/4HANA OTC solutions.You’ll work closely with senior business stakeholders, technical teams and third-party vendors, playing a key role in turning complex business requirements into effective, scalable SAP solutions. 🚀 The OpportunityAs the Freelance SAP S/4HANA OTC Lead, you will lead the OTC workstream across the programme lifecycle — from blueprint and solution design through to build, testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare. You’ll be responsible for:Leading the design, configuration and deployment of S/4HANA OTC processes, including Sales Orders, Pricing & Billing, Delivery & Shipping, Returns and Intercompany.Leading blueprint workshops, fit-gap analysis and solution design.Translating business requirements into robust S/4HANA OTC solutions.Working directly with business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet current and future business needs.Leading SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare activities.Coordinating onsite and offshore/remote delivery teams.Reviewing and challenging third-party vendor designs to ensure they are fit for purpose.Supporting integration between SAP SD/OTC, EWM, MM, TM and third-party systems.Ensuring compliance with GxP, data privacy and audit requirements, where applicable.Identifying issues and driving practical solutions through to resolution. 🎯 What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for a highly experienced SAP OTC professional who can operate confidently at both solution and leadership level.Ideally, you’ll have:10–18+ years of overall SAP experience.Extensive experience across SAP Order to Cash (O2C/OTC).Proven experience leading SAP implementation and rollout programmes.At least 1–2 S/4HANA O2C implementation projects.Strong expertise across Sales Orders, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Returns and Intercompany.Strong integration experience with EWM, MM, TM and third-party systems.Experience leading SIT/UAT, cutover and hypercare.Strong onsite/offsite team leadership experience.The ability to review, challenge and validate vendor solution designs.Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills. ⭐ Desirable ExperienceGlobal SAP rollout programmes.SAP TM, EWM and GTS integration.Life sciences or other regulated industries.Agile or hybrid delivery environments.SAP S/4HANA certification, preferably OTC/SD.Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 O2C experience. 💼 Contract / Freelance OpportunityContract Type: Freelance / Contract Location: Finland/ EU Role: SAP S/4HANA OTC Lead Focus: S/4HANA | SD/OTC | O2C | Implementation | Rollout | Transformation If you’re an experienced SAP OTC Lead / S/4HANA Consultant available for your next freelance engagement and enjoy taking ownership of complex transformation programmes, we’d love to hear from you. kai.withers@empiric.comMOBI: +44 7585275914T: +44 203 6757777W: www.empiric.com Empiric is one of the fastest-growing technology and transformation recruitment agency's specialising in data, digital, cloud and security.
