SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant - Foundation Objects - MDF Objects Our client requires a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to support HR master data, organisational structure, and employee lifecycle processes. The role covers implementation, enhancement, and production support activities within an Employee Central environment, working closely with HR and business stakeholders. Responsibilities:Analyse business requirements related to HR master data, organisational structure, employee lifecycle events, and workforce administration.Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central based on business needs.Collaborate with HR and business teams to gather, document, and validate functional requirements.Translate business requirements into system configuration and functional design documents.Support implementations, enhancements, releases, and production support activities for SF EC.Maintain and configure Foundation Objects, Generic Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Event Reason Derivation, Role Based Permissions, Picklists, and MDF Objects. Key skills and experience:Hands on experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.Experience with Foundation Objects and Generic Objects configuration.Experience building Business Rules and Workflows within SF EC.Experience with Event Reason Derivation and Role Based Permissions.Experience configuring Picklists and MDF Objects.Strong requirements gathering and functional documentation skills within an HR systems context.
