Senior Offensive Security Engineer - AI Penetration Testing Platform - Remote - Applicants Must Be EU Citizens This role supports the same hybrid AI powered penetration testing platform with an offensive security focus, working alongside red team and offensive security stakeholders to configure and tune the platform, alongside underlying cloud delivery work. Responsibilities:Configure and tune the AI powered penetration testing platform in collaboration with red team, offensive security and vulnerability management stakeholders.Manage platform scope configuration, target onboarding and testing policy governance for safe and compliant AI driven testing operations.Support operationalisation of platform outputs, including findings triage, deduplication and integration into vulnerability management workflows.Provision and manage cloud hosted infrastructure components across AWS and/or GCP supporting the platform.Design integrations between the platform and enterprise SIEM, SOAR and vulnerability management systems.Maintain build documentation, runbooks and certification evidence for the platform. Key skills and experience:7+ years across offensive security, red team operations or security platform engineering.Working knowledge of penetration testing methodologies, adversary emulation, external attack surface management and vulnerability assessment.Cloud native engineering experience across AWS and/or GCP, including IAM, networking and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).Experience integrating security tooling with SIEM and SOAR platforms. Desirable:Threat intelligence experience and familiarity with continuous security validation practices.OSCP, CISSP or CCSP.
