Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant - Italian Speaking We are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to join a long term ServiceNow engagement, working across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and Platform workflows. Supporting design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions for enterprise customers. Responsibilities:Design and deliver ServiceNow workflow solutions following platform best practice and technical standards.Lead smaller projects, guiding customers on business value and ensuring consistent implementation across engagements.Conduct workshops to assess current state processes and define future state technical solutions.Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.Review, guide and validate technical deliverables including configuration, integrations and documentation.Coach and mentor Technical Consultants and Associate Technical Consultants. Key Skills and Experience:8+ years of ServiceNow Professional Services or consulting experience.Strong hands on expertise across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM or related ServiceNow workflow offerings.Proven experience in solution design and ServiceNow integrations.ServiceNow certification in an aligned workflow, such as CSA, CAD or CIS.Fluent Italian and English, both to advanced or native level.Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of technical delivery.Willingness to travel and work onsite in Italy as required. Desirable Skills:Additional ServiceNow certifications.Industry domain expertise.Experience managing resource scheduling across multiple concurrent engagements.
