UX/UI Designer – Workforce Planning – Helsinki Empiric are supporting a leading organisation on an exciting UX/UI requirement focused on the continued development of workforce and resource planning solutions. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced UX/UI Designer to work on two complex workforce planning applications used by large organisations, supporting workforce planning professionals, managers and business leadership. You’ll be responsible for translating complex planning, optimisation and decision-making processes into clear, intuitive and efficient user experiences, working closely with business stakeholders, developers and other members of an agile delivery team. Key Skills & ExperienceStrong UX/UI design experience.Data-intensive applications and interfaces.Tables, analytics views and large datasets.Filtering, search and scenario comparison functionality.Optimisation and decision-support processes.Presenting complex optimisation results clearly to users.Multi-system data flows and integrations from a UX perspective.Workforce, shift, working-time, resource or personnel planning solutions.
