ServiceNow Tester

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow QA Tester to join a long-term project focused on an AI Control Tower. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on ServiceNow testing experience and be comfortable taking ownership of the end-to-end testing process. Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing within ServiceNow.Design and maintain test cases, test suites, and testing documentation.Use ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), including Tests, Test Suites, parameters, and ideally Custom Steps.Perform REST API testing using tools such as Postman and ServiceNow REST API Explorer.Identify, document, track, and manage defects through resolution.Produce clear test reports and communicate testing status, risks, and results to project stakeholders.Test ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer configurations, roles, permissions, and integrations.Support testing of AI, LLM, and AI Agent capabilities within the ServiceNow environment.Collaborate with developers, technical consultants, business stakeholders, and project teams to ensure high-quality solutions. Requirements:3+ years of ServiceNow experience, with a strong focus on QA/testing.Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF.Experience with functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.Experience with REST API testing, ideally using Postman or REST API Explorer.Strong test case creation, defect management, and test reporting skills.Good understanding of ServiceNow Flow Designer, workflows, roles, and permissions.Understanding of AI, LLMs, and AI Agents from a testing or QA perspective.Professional English communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an international project environment.
