Data Centre Site Manager – Finland Location: FinlandContract: 12 monthsRate: Competitive € hourly rateFlights & accommodation: ProvidedRotation: 3 weeks on / 1 week off Brightsmith are recruiting an experienced Site Manager for a major data centre project in Finland. This is a senior, Electrical focused position overseeing day to day site delivery, contractors and installation through to testing and commissioning. You’ll work closely with the client, engineering teams and subcontractors to ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme and to the required standards. Strong commissioning experience is essential, with previous data centre or mission-critical experience highly desirable. Key responsibilities:Manage Electrical site activities and subcontractors.Oversee installation, testing and commissioning.Coordinate engineers, contractors and client representatives.Identify and resolve site issues and delivery risks.Support project completion and handover. Requirements:Proven Electrical Site Management experience.Strong commissioning background.Data centre / mission-critical experience preferred.Excellent contractor and stakeholder management skills.Strong English communication skills.EU passport and full driving licence. 12-month contract with competitive € rates, flights and accommodation provided.
